Rule 20B
Inspection
(1) The Council shall form separate inspection teams of expert inspectors for monitoring, evaluating and inspecting the medical college's infrastructure development and quality medical education.
(2) In the inspection team formed according to sub-rule (1), the council may appoint from three to seven inspectors according to the need.
(3) It shall be the responsibility of the concerned medical college to assist the inspection team and provide all the details requested by the team.
(4) The inspection team shall prepare an inspection, monitoring and evaluation report and submit it to the Council within fifteen days of inspecting the concerned medical college in the format as per schedule-7.
(5) Section 21B of the Act. Accordingly, the concerned medical college shall send a written notice to the council after setting the date of the university level annual examination for examination inspection.
