(1) The member-secretary of the committee will take charge of the decision, minute, map, field book and decision missile and other documents prepared by the committee, submit it to the relevant body and verify it.

(2) According to the decision of the committee, the land owner registration certificate and land owner registration certificate will be prepared by the committee and the land owner registration certificate will be provided to the concerned land owner by the Land Registry Office, Mustang.

p>(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall submit the map and field book prepared by the committee to the Surveyor's Office, Mustang, Minute, Shrestha and other documents after the completion of the committee's work, and the goods to the Surveyor's Office, Mustang.
