(1) In accordance with sub-rule (3) of rule 12, if it is found that such information needs to be corrected, based on the prevailing law, the effects and effects of correcting the information, if the relevant public body can correct it by itself, it shall decide and correct it. (2) According to sub-rule (1), if the concerned public body cannot correct it by itself, it should be sent in writing to the concerned body along with the opinion.
