(1) If the defendant's statement has been filed or the counter-affidavit has been filed, the judiciary shall decide the case submitted to it within sixty days from the date of the defendant's statement or the counter-affidavit has not been filed.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), if the part of the case has been reached before that period, the decision must be made within three days from the date of reaching the part.
