Rule 7
Decisions and document delivery

(1) After the appeal is registered in the court, the registrar shall obtain the decision and related documents from the relevant body.
(2) When the registrar takes out the documents related to the appeal, in the case of the appeal given by the employee as per subsection (1), (2) and (3) of section (c) of section 2 of the Public Organization Act, the applicable law regarding the service conditions and facilities of the employee of the related organization or service. You will also have to pay.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Act, the decision or final order of the body or official is to be appealed through the body or official, when such body or official reads the appeal, related decision and documents in accordance with sub-section (2) of that section. (2) Conditions of service and facilities of the employees as per the applicable law shall also be attached and taught.
(4) If the appeal procedure as per sub-rule (2) has been completed and registered, but if any action is missed, the registrar may order that the appeal be registered in the land book and be closed, and set a land date.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), if the appellant who is on the date of bond, brings the missing case on the day of the bond, he has to attach a missile and if the case is not disclosed after the date has passed, such appeal will be kept in the docket.
