(1) If the notice is corrected according to rule 13, the public body shall keep a record of the same and give the information that the notice has been corrected to the concerned applicant.
(2) According to sub-rule (3) of rule 12, if it is not found necessary to correct such information during the investigation, the applicant should be given the information along with the reason.
