The work, duties and rights of the Board of Directors shall be as follows:-
(a) To approve the policy and plan for reconstruction prepared by the Executive Committee (b) To give instructions to the executive committee to make the work related to reconstruction systematic and effective,
(c) To approve the budget of the Authority,
(d) To approve the organizational structure of the Authority.
