(1) There shall be a committee of directors to act as the central body of the Authority.
(2) The composition of the Board of Directors shall be as follows –
(a) The Prime Minister – Speaker

“(b) Leader of the main opposition party in the House of Representatives or the Deputy Leader designated by him - Deputy Speaker”

Leader or Deputy Leader designated by him, former Prime Minister who is a member of the Legislature -Parliament , former Speaker, former Deputy Prime Minister or one of the former members of the Constitutional Council - Vice President
(c) Two Minister-members appointed by the Prime Minister (d) Chief Executive Officer – Member
(e) Vice-Chairman of the National Planning Commission – Member
(f) Chief Secretary to the Government of Nepal – Member
(G) Three persons nominated by the Government of Nepal on the basis of inclusion principle from among the experts who have at least ten years of experience in related fields including national and international projects after graduation from a university recognized by the Government of Nepal in the field of infrastructure development and engineering, law, economics, management, geography, geology, archeology or development planning - Member
(h) Secretary – Member Secretary
(3) The members referred to in clause (6) of sub-section (2) shall remain in office for such period as the Government of Nepal wishes. If they have to be removed from that post for any reason, they should be given an opportunity to submit their explanation before being removed.
(4) Clause (g) of sub-section (2) the facilities of the members of BAMOZIM shall be provided by the Government of Nepal to BAMOZIM.
