In order to implement the purpose of this Act, the Government of Nepal may give necessary instructions to the manager, TED Union and child welfare home and child care organizations for the protection of the rights and interests of the child.
(2) It shall be the duty of all concerned to comply with the instructions given by the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (1).
