Section 178
Authority to give instructions
 Any company, its director or officer or any other employee has not taken any action required to be done in accordance with this Act or the Articles of Association or the Regulations or the unanimous agreement in the case of a private company or has taken any action or is about to take any action in violation of this Act or the Company's Regulations If the office receives information about the said matter in any way, the office may investigate the matter or cause it to be done and give necessary instructions to the related company, its directors, officials or employees to prevent any work, talk or do or not do according to it and such It will be the duty of the concerned person to follow the instructions.
