Travel or trekking agency or hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts registered under section 10 or trekking agencies or hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts registered under section 10 or sections 45A. To the person doing the tourism business as follows, "before the Government of Nepal in the case of those licensed or registered by the Government of Nepal and the Provincial Government in the case of those licensed or registered by the Provincial Government" may give necessary instructions regarding matters related to tourism development.
