Section 63
Able to create and implement guidelines
Subject to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Board may formulate and implement guidelines on the following matters for managing commodity transactions:-
(a) Commodity Exchange Market, Commodity Trading Business, Rafsaf and Fasraut Business and Warehouse Operations,
(b) Regulation of commodity transactions and other necessary matters.
