(1) The hospital may make and implement the necessary guidelines for the implementation of the rules and norms determined by international organizations regarding the storage, displacement and use of radioactive substances used for the treatment of cancer without being contrary to this Act and the rules made under this Act.

(2) Until the guideline as per sub-section (1) is made, the committee may make the rules and norms prescribed by international organizations to be adopted in this regard.
