According to rule 45, the concerned person, institution or proposer shall submit the compensation amount to the concerned person or institution within thirty days from the date of determination of compensation amount.
(2) If the concerned person, organization or proposer applies for an extension of the deadline stating the reason for not being able to pay the compensation amount within the time limit as per sub-rule (1) and if the reason mentioned in the application is found to be unreasonable, the chief district officer may extend the time limit for a maximum of thirty days once. .
