Rule 18
Distribution of subsistence allowance
(1) An unemployed person who is entitled to receive subsistence allowance shall apply to the employment service center by self-declaration in the format as per Schedule--1.
(2) With the application according to sub-rule (1), the unemployed person should also attach the recommendation of the concerned ward office of Vyhora that his family is eligible to receive subsistence allowance.
(3) If the ward office makes a false recommendation while making a recommendation under sub-section (2), action will be taken against the official making such a recommendation in accordance with the prevailing law.
(4) For the purpose of distribution of subsistence allowance, the relevant local level shall update and keep records of all the details of the families receiving subsistence allowance.
(5) If a dispute arises as to whether a person is eligible for subsistence allowance or not, the chairman of the concerned village executive or the head of the city executive shall decide.
(6) The amount for subsistence allowance should be deposited in the bank account of the concerned person.
(7) For the purpose of sub-rule (6), the concerned local level shall arrange for the opening of a bank account in the name of an unemployed person with zero balance. is 0 (8) The family members of the unemployed persons who are receiving subsistence allowance shall submit a letter of approval in order to receive the subsistence allowance in accordance with schedule-6.
(9) Subsistence allowance shall be distributed within three months after the end of each financial year. 1% (9A) According to sub-rule (9) for the purpose of paying the subsistence allowance of the previous financial year, necessary provisions should be made in the budget of the next financial year. 2(9b) When making arrangements in the budget according to sub-rule (9a), it will be done on the basis of the number of unemployed persons listed in the employment management information system according to rule 22.
(10) The employment service center will coordinate the distribution of subsistence allowance.
