(1) A builders' fund has been established to provide necessary services and support to builders to improve the quality of public construction work and the efficiency of builders.
(2) The funds as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Receipts received from builders as prescribed,
(c) Funds received from domestic or foreign associations.
(3) The expenditure of the fund shall be according to the decision of the Council.
(4) The operation and audit of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
