(1) The licensee must export at least sixty percent of the goods or services produced by the industries established in the special economic zone.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the license holder may sell the goods or services produced by such industry in the domestic market of Nepal within one year from the date of establishment of the industry established in the special economic zone.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2), if any product or service produced by him is to be sold in the domestic market of Nepal, he shall disclose the prescribed information to the authority before selling such product or service.
(4) According to sub-section (1) or (2), licensees who sell goods or services in the domestic market of Nepal shall not be granted tax exemptions and facilities as per this Act to the extent of the amount of such goods or services sold.
