(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, in the election conducted by the Election Commission in accordance with the prevailing laws, no one other than the security government employee shall have a license in the election area during the period from the date of application for candidates to seven days after the announcement of the election results. One should not walk with a handgun.

(2) If someone walks with a handgun in violation of sub-section (1), he will be treated as if he is walking with a handgun without a license, and action will be taken according to section 5.
