In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,

(a) “arms” means a cannon, mortar, armored car, machine gun, rifle, gun, pistol, revolver or ammunition; or any other device of a similar nature that is used without a weapon, and the term also includes machines for making weapons, tools and parts for weapons. , G. M. G., L. M. g. Short machine gun or automatic weapons of a similar nature shall be referred to and the term refers to the machines, tools and machine gun making parts as well. Also refers to deodorizers, cartridges, fuses or other substances of a similar nature.

(f) "License" means a license obtained under this Act and "licensee" means a person who receives such a license.
