(1) After the completion of vote counting according to section 55 or 56, the election officer shall publish the election results and send a copy of such result table to the Commission immediately.
(2) After publishing the results of the election, the election officer shall prepare a report with the specified details related to the election and send it to the Commission as soon as possible.
(3) The Commission shall give a certificate as prescribed to the candidate who is elected as President or Vice President.
