(1) In the election for the village executive elected from among the members of the village assembly or municipal council and for women members of the city executive, the four candidates who get the most votes in the case of the village executive and the five candidates who get the most votes in the case of the city executive will be elected by secret ballot.
(2) In the elections for Dalit or minority members of the village executive and city executive, the two candidates who get the most votes in the case of the village executive and the three candidates who get the most votes in the case of the city executive will be elected by secret ballot.
(3) In the district coordination committee election elected from among the members of the village assembly or municipal assembly within the district, one chief, one deputy chief, at least three women and at least one person from the Dalit or minority community will be elected by secret ballot.
