(1) If a candidate for the first-past-the-post election system appoints a voter as his election representative for the election, he must give a written notice to the election officer.
(2) The party may appoint its election representative as specified to carry out all the work to be done on behalf of the party in relation to the election under the proportional election system.
(3) The election representative appointed under sub-sections (1) and (2) may be revoked by the candidate or party at any time and another election representative may be appointed and the written notice of the appointment of another election representative shall be given immediately to the relevant election officer.
(4) Qualifications of election representatives shall be as prescribed.
