Rule 21
Electoral Representative
(1) A candidate can appoint an election representative to do the work on his behalf in the election. (2) According to sub-rule (1), a person must have the following qualifications to be an election representative:-(a) Citizen of Nepal, (b) Twenty-one years of age. Completed, (c) whose name is included in the last voter list of any rural municipality or municipality of the respective province in accordance with the Voters' Roll Act, 2073, (d) going to read ordinary articles, (e) not ineligible to be a candidate according to section 12 of the Ordinance, (f) other prevailing Not disqualified by law. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in clause (e) of sub-rule (2), in the case of the age required to be an election representative, it shall be as written in clause (b) of that sub-rule. (4) Duties, duties and rights of election representatives.
