Section 29
Election Representative
: (1) If a candidate appoints a person as his election representative for the election, he must give written notice to the election officer.
(2) The election representative appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) may be revoked by the candidate at any time and another election representative may be appointed and the written notice of the appointment of another election representative shall be given immediately to the relevant election officer.
(3) It shall be the duty of the election representative appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) to do the work specified in this Act and the rules made under this Act. (4) The qualifications of election representatives shall be as prescribed.
(2) The election representative appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) may be revoked by the candidate at any time and another election representative may be appointed and the written notice of the appointment of another election representative shall be given immediately to the relevant election officer.
