Rule 15
Conditions of cancellation of a party registered for election purposes
: The registration of a political party registered for election purposes shall be canceled in the following cases:-
(a) If the concerned political party itself applies to the Commission to cancel its registration,
(b) If the details to be submitted to the Commission according to the prevailing law are not submitted for three consecutive years,
(c) Failure to fulfill the conditions required to register a political party according to the constitution or prevailing laws related to elections.
