(1) Publish voter list for elections, hear objections to voter list, publish final voter list, examine nomination papers of candidates, hear objections to nomination papers, designate polling stations, hold polls, count votes and announce election results. All the work, duties and rights related to elections will be exercised by the election committee.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the election committee, while exercising its powers, may prescribe the format of election-related forms, issue necessary guidelines for the election, and employ such persons as may be necessary for the completion of the election.
(3) Other procedures related to the election shall be as prescribed by the Election Committee.
