(1) Publication of voter list for elections, hearing objections to the voter list, publication of the final voter list, checking nomination papers of candidates, hearing objections to nomination papers, designating polling stations, conducting voting, counting votes and announcing election results. All the work, duties and rights related to the election will be exercised by the election committee.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the election committee, while exercising its powers under this regulation, may prescribe the formats of the election-related forms, issue other necessary guidelines for the election, and employ such persons as may be necessary for the completion of the election.
