Section 73
Secrecy of Election Documents
(1) In case of voting by documents or electronic devices used in the election, such records shall be opened as necessary for the purpose of counting of votes, and after the work of counting of votes is completed, it shall be sealed and placed in the custody of the designated officer.
(2) According to sub-section (1) of the sealed ballots, the voter's list used in the voting and the sealed sadar and invalidated ballots can only be opened and viewed by the court in connection with the complaint filed in accordance with the prevailing law. Except the court, no other authority or body shall have the right to open such sealed envelope, bag or sack.
(3) According to sub-section (2), after the court has opened it, the court shall keep the document or record under seal.
(4) The documents or records mentioned in this section shall be preserved for three months from the date of the final decision of the case in case of litigation, and for three months from the date of payment of the appeal period in the case of no litigation.
