(1) In relation to the election held under the first-come-first-served election system, the date on which the election officer publishes the election results in accordance with section 58 shall be considered the date of election of the respective candidate.
(2) In relation to the election held under the proportional election system, the date on which the commission declares the election of the candidate of the political party whose name is on the closed list of candidates in accordance with section 60 shall be considered the date of election of such candidate.
