Section 34
Notice of Suspension or Cancellation
(1) In case of suspension or cancellation of a certificate according to section 32 or 33, the certifying body or the controller that revokes or suspends the certificate shall keep a record of the same and publish the notice thereof publicly.
(2) According to sub-section (1) the obligation to give the notice of suspension or cancellation to the customer as soon as possible shall be that of the certifying body or the controller as the case may be.
