Section 69
Provisions relating to Tender Ballots
(1) If it is confirmed from the evidence submitted by someone that someone has already taken a ballot paper or voted in the name of another voter and the person coming to vote later is the real voter, the polling officer will give the tender ballot paper to such voter. For giving such a tender ballot, after the voter has indicated his vote on that ballot, such ballot shall be placed in the ballot box and kept in a separate envelope kept for that purpose.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), giving and holding tender ballot papers and other related procedures shall be as prescribed.
(3) During the counting of votes in accordance with this Act, tender ballots kept in separate envelopes as per sub-section (1) shall not be counted at that time. If the court determines that it is necessary to decide the complaint related to the election, such tender ballots can also be counted.
