Rule 84
Non-receipt of pension or gratuity
The pension, gratuity or other benefits as per this regulation shall not be given in the following cases:-
(a) If sentenced to imprisonment for more than three years according to the Act,
(b) If it is proven that citizenship or age or qualification has been falsified for the purpose of joining or remaining in the Nepali Army,
(c) In case of dismissal from the service for the purpose of future government service.
