(1) Upon receipt of an application in accordance with Rule 17, upon completion of the procedure as per Section 10 of the Act, the board shall provide the information to the applicant in the form of Schedule-2 as to whether the project investment has been approved or rejected as per the application request.
(2) The information to be given according to sub-rule (1) shall be given to the applicant by letter or through electronic means of communication.
(3) When informed according to sub-rule (1), if the project investment is approved according to the petition demand, the project investment agreement shall be made according to sub-rule (1) of rule 16 within seven days of such information being given.
