Rule 51
Petitioner to assist court
(1) The petitioner shall continuously study and investigate the disputes of public rights or interests registered by the petitioner and provide all possible assistance to the court to resolve the disputes.
(2) The petitioner may not withdraw the public interest petition registered in the court.
