(1) A fee of ten rupees should be submitted along with the petition to the tribunal.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), no fees or charges shall be levied in accordance with the prevailing Nepalese law for the registration of indictments, petitions, etc. on behalf of the Government of Nepal in cases pending before the tribunal, or for inspecting related missile documents or taking duplicate sarees.
(3) In accordance with this regulation or prevailing Nepal law, any fee payable to the tribunal shall be paid in cash.
