Application should be made

(1) Rule 41C. Within the period specified in the notice published accordingly, an application must be submitted to the relevant local level, including the details mentioned in the same notice, where landless Dalits, landless squatters or unorganized residents are living or occupying land. If the landless squatter verifies the occupation, there is no need to submit such a separate application. (3) The unsettled squatter must also submit a recommendation according to the decision of the concerned village or municipal executive that he has certified that he has settled a claim ten years ago on the land requested to be made available to him. (4) Bye-laws According to (3), for the purpose recommended by the village or municipal corporation, such unorganized resident has made a claim on that land ten years ago. In order to confirm whether it is yes or no, aerial photos or geosatellite photos or other certified documents can be used as a basis as needed.
