The Fund is prohibited from doing the following:- (a) to any director of the Committee, other than giving and receiving in accordance with the rules made under this Act and giving in respect of daily and visiting allowances for the purpose of the work of the Fund, with or without taking any collateral from the Fund, This arrangement shall not be deemed to have created any obstacle to give loans by taking the balance of the security, but to give the director the same loan as given to the other collecting employees of the fund.
