Rule 31
Petition for injunction
(1) When filing an application for an injunction under sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Act, in addition to other things to be disclosed in the document, the following points must also be disclosed-
(a) Matters Relating to Jurisdiction of Courts,
(b) If there is suspicion of violation of civil rights, what rights are likely to be violated,
(c) the remedy sought by the petitioner and
(d) the grounds on which such treatment may be obtained.
(2) If, in the opinion of the court, it appears from the processing of the petition as per sub-rule (1) that the respondent acted prima facie, on the specified date, if there is any reason why the order requested in the petition should not be issued, he or his representative or legal practitioner shall take a written reply to show the reason. may issue an order in the name of the defendant to appear.
(3) When considering the written answer received as per sub-rule (2), if it appears that any other person should be understood, the court may also understand such person.
