Section 32
Prohibition on Use of Vested Personal Interests
(1) After being appointed to the position of governor, deputy governor or director every six months, the governor, deputy governor and director must inform the committee as prescribed if they or their family members have any direct or indirect commercial interest. (2) Governor, deputy governor Or if there is a discussion in the committee on any proposal that has personal interest of the director, he should inform the committee about it before the discussion starts. Such director shall not be allowed to participate in that discussion. (3) ……………….(4) Governor and Deputy Governor shall publish the property details of their single family within one month from the date of their appointment and dismissal.
