Section 42
Responsibilities of network service providers
Intermediaries who provide their services as network service providers shall bear the following obligations in relation to the services provided by them:-
(a) Obligations set forth in the contract with the Customer in connection with the provision of the Service,
(b) obligations set forth in the network service provider's license, and
(c) Other obligations as specified.
