Rule 71
Nepal Rastra Bank can inspect and check accounts
: (1) According to sub-section (2) of section 95 of the Act, Nepal Rastra Bank in addition to cooperative banks. Inspection or accounting of cooperative organizations dealing in savings and loans of more than fifty million rupees: can be checked.
(2) The registrar shall arrange for the implementation of the recommendations of the inspection or audit report made by the Nepal Rastra Bank in accordance with sub-rule (1).
