(1) All employees of the Government of Nepal (working under the Air Department) shall remain in the service of the Government of Nepal within three months from the date of approval by the Government of Nepal. In this regard, you should express your desire in writing and give it to the Government of Nepal.
(2) Based on the information received according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall convert the employees who are in the service of the Government of Nepal into the service of the Authority.
(3) According to sub-section (2), employees who are in the service of the Government of Nepal may be employed in the authority until they are converted into the service of the authority.
