Section 26
Power of the Government of Nepal to make rules

(1) The Government of Nepal may make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. may provide for all or some of the following:-

(a) specifying the type and number of arms to be licensed,

(b) form of license to be granted in respect of arms or ammunition and the conditions for granting the licence; prescribing restrictions,

(c) prescribing the period for which such license shall be in force,

(d) prescribing license fees,

(e) in such form as may be prescribed by each licensee. To keep an account book or record of the work done in accordance with the license, and to give instructions that such account book or record should be shown if the government employee wants to check it,

(f) Chief District Officer to enter the place where arms or ammunition is prepared or sold and To give authority to any government employee to inspect or check accounts,

(g) To instruct the person who prepares or sells the goods according to the license to show the arms or ammunition that is with him or under his control to the person authorized by the Government of Nepal,< /p>

(h) The person who keeps arms or ammunition with him should give an account to the person authorized by the Government of Nepal for examination,

(h) Make arrangements for renewing the license,
