Rule 12
Prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained
(1) If anyone wants to do any work related to research within the park, he can do such work after obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. A copy of the research done after receiving such approval should be submitted to the Government of Nepal.
