Section 39
Prior approval of the Government of Nepal is required
The University shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance before approving the posts of any officials, teachers and employees or increasing the remuneration and service facilities of such officials, teachers and employees in order to incur financial liability to the Government of Nepal.
