(1) The Government of Nepal may at any time inspect or inspect the milk-fed child care work of the organization or submit a report on the work.
(2) If the organization is not able to do the work of rearing the milk-fed child or if it does not comply with the conditions or if there is any other mental reason, the government of Nepal can withdraw the work of rearing the milk-fed child from the organization at any time.
