: To the extent that the matters written in these rules are inconsistent with the provisions of the Benevolent Society, Charitable Society President, Vice President members, the questions asked on 24th Chaitra, 1970 (including amendments from time to time) or these rules are repealed. It will be considered as amended. Note: Some words changed by Nepal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2024: “Gazette” and “Report” instead of “Gazette” and “Report”.
