: If an extraordinary situation is created by the activities of a trade union or trade union association or trade union federation formed under this Act or the rules made under this Act, and if it appears that it may disturb the peace and security of the country or if it is detrimental to the economic interests of the country, such activities are prohibited. The Government of Nepal can issue necessary orders or instructions.
