Section 66
Who can obtain protection from the Government of Nepal
: (1) If a cooperative organization needs to obtain protection for a loan taken from a foreign bank or agency, it can make a request to the Ministry of Finance through the Ministry.
(2) The Ministry of Finance may provide security for such loans if requested in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The Ministry of Finance may prescribe the necessary conditions while providing security in accordance with sub-section (2).
