Operation of the welfare fund of the establishment owned by the government of Nepal:
Before investing in the promotion and expansion of the welfare fund, the establishment owned by the government of Nepal shall submit its plan for the approval of the Department of Labor and Employment Promotion and in such case the Department of Labor and Employment Promotion shall approve it. Investment should be made as given.
